New Shows
Anybody seen the "Andy Milonakis" show on MTV2? The kid performs the stuff pretty well and the writing is very clever.
It's usually shown right around "Wonder Showzen", which is a brilliant "R" rated version of Sesame Street.
These both just started their second season, and both their first seasons came out on DVD.
Also, I checked out "Psychic at Large" on the Sci Fi network. The question with these type shows is can you believe the people that they are reading? Magicians will blatantly lie and say that they've never met the person, when they are totally in on it. I heard Chris Angel (Mindfreak) admit this on the Penn Jillette radio show, and I already knew David Copperfield did it from seeing his live show and his televised one. So if magicians do it, I'm sure a TV psychic can. Otherwise, it's kind of interesting to watch.

I watched last season's Andy Milonakis. I thought it was funny. Shawn and my friend Dave thought it was dumb. I am glad someone else liked it.

One person in CasaDotCom ADORES the show. The other two residents think it is total rubbish.
Guess which one is which...

Disclaimer: no insult intended by my previous comment... this show has inspired much debate in my house.

I'm not saying everything I've seen from that show is brilliant, but I have definitely seen some clever bits of humor. Just because a kid is performing it, doesn't mean that there aren't some talented writers coming up with the stuff.

But that's the thing... he's not a kid. He's 30 years old, pretending to be a kid.

Oh my god.....you are right. I had no freakin idea. Now I'm totally creeped out!
I checked it out, he was born in 1976 and has some kind of growth hormone that makes him appear to look and sound like a kid.
This explains how he's so good with comic timing though that a kid wouldn't have.
