The New Kid in Town.....
Hey everybody, my little actress friend Jen has made herself, as Lesliedotcom would say, "A BigBoy blog" (or BigGirl).
The address is: http://jenstien.blogspot.com/
So give her a visit!
Go Jen!!
Definitions:
BigBoy blog: A blog that will be seen by no more than 3-4 people.
(When she wants to open things up to about 45 million other people, she knows where to go.)

C'mon, let's see some truth in advertising:
45 Million TEENAGERS!!!
I go for quaility, not quantity.

Funny I have no teenagers on my friend list, but anyway....I'll take your "quality" comment as a compliment.

You know, I'll be man enough to admit it... I was wrong about this place that's being talked about. Since everyone I know is on it (save one holdout), there's lots of chances for comedy. Plus, it's gotten some of those 45 million people to read my real blog... which is all I've ever wanted anyway.
Yes, there's about 80% teenagers on the thing. But they stay within their own circles. People our age are quite friendly there.

My cousin (I think she's like 23) was telling me she was resisting it for the longest time, and now she loves it. She said she's reconnected with 20 or so high school friends.
My prediction has been, that in a couple years, it will be the standard in online blogging. It will be like what ebay is to online auction. Just the accepted norm.
It somewhat already is, but I mean just as widespread and household known as ebay.

Well, I don't know if it'll become the Ebay of blogging. The layout is still rather clunky and half the time the site barely loads correctly. They're really going to have to put some money behind it and upgrade just about everything.

Mark my words, it will be the ebay of blogging.

For it to become the Ebay of blogging, that'll have to mean that the closest competition is a very distant second. That'll never happen with blogging. Places like blogger.com and livejournal.com and those who publish via their own software would all have to convert... and frankly "the place we're talking about" doesn't have enough features to satisfy a lot of those people.

Sorry pickles, but one more thing on the matter...
In the last 48 hours, I've had three people I talk to on a regular basis who don't know one another all ask me if I had an account on that site.
